I took my car here for the first time today as it needed a full service. I rang up to book an appointment and the man at the end of the phone was very understanding and polite as I didn't really know what kind of service the car needed etc. He told me to bring the car in the morning of the date of my appointment and will sort it out for me. They did such a good job and they were all very honest about everything. I felt at ease at Bailey's and everyone is so friendly and understanding. Having had previous experience of being ripped off it was such a relief to find such a fantastic and garage. Thank you all once again and i will be coming back to get my MOT and other work done with you.

Every time I have taken my car to Bailey's they have been brilliant. Tim explains everything in language I understand so I always know what to expect; the pricing never changes from what is quoted - unless it is less because they found that something wasn't required along the way! I never feel intimidated going in there as a female, all of the staff are really friendly and very professional. Honestly I wouldn't take my car anywhere else - 5 Stars all the way!!

I visited this garage for the first time today, a warning light came on in my car this morning, I was able to to take it in, have it diagnosed and the fault fixed all in time for me to collect it and pick my son up from school. The staff were friendly, had a nice chat with Tim. As others have said, I didn't feel intimidated or fobbed off being a female. Absolutely fantastic service, I will definitely be recommending to friends and I will going there again without a doubt because of the great service, honesty and friendliness. Thank you.

This is by far the best garage and service I have ever had. Nothing is too much trouble for Tim and the guys there and I know that whatever happens with my car (which unfortunately is always something) we will both be well looked after. Would recommend them to anyone in Berkshire. Trustworthy and honest ! Won't go to anyone else now!! Thanks for everything!!

I am so impressed with the guys at Baileys Garage, from the moment I messaged the garage via Facebook all the way through to them actually fixing my car ( at a fraction of the price that I was quoted from a so called ‘ specialist garage ` ) the service I received was very impressive.
I won’t go anywhere else from now on and highly recommend Bailey’s Garage.
Trust worthy, knowledgable, honest, friendly and won’t rip you off - what else do you need from a garage!?

I was looking for a reliable garage that would give me peace of mind for a full service and MOT. These guys are reaching the next level to what trustworthy concerns. They make a video tour of thecar while doing a health check, showing the whole car, including underneath. They show you exactly what is wrong or needs fixing and even tell you how your brakes, discs and tyres are in terms of wear and tear.
They are honest from the start until the very end. I feel totally confident to recommend them to everyone, given that you will see everything with your own eyes, no hidden fees, they don't try to add unnecessary extras to your bill.
It's clear to see that they will get more and more loyal customers if they keep working like this.

I can't recommend Baileys Garage enough! From start to finish, the service was absolutely excellent. The team were honest, transparent and professional, while also being genuinely friendly and kind, which really put me at ease. It's rare to find a garage that you can fully trust, but Baileys went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and done to the highest standard. I wouldn't go anywhere else now - they've earned a customer for life.

Such a great experience! For someone like me who doesn't know lots about cars, I was so pleasantly surprised to receive a full detailed video explaining everything. What a great service and will definitely bring my A1 vehicle to Baileys moving forward.

I have used Baileys for years; great service and I have always felt I am a valued customer. As a BMW owner I get the peace of mind that work performed is registered on the official BMW service portal and is updated to the car's iDrive to prove its service history. Good service and reasonable prices.
